Rooms with views! This apartment in a new building presented many design challenges. First the client was downsizing from larger space and therefore the goal was to maximize storage. Given that every room has at least one wall of glass, limiting furnishing and storage opportunities. The approach was to create storage in every space possible, by creating floor to ceiling cabinetry, painted to blend into the each rooms color scheme. The successful result are spaces that are both open and offer major storage; all the while capitalizing on the views from the 25th floor.
