This apartment was a complete and full renovation. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath Apartment is located on the upper east side. The 1890 building structure presented many design challenges.

Early Mid-Century Modern Vibe within a Frank L. Wright inspired structure.

The client required both a shower & whirlpool tub in the new design. Bill’s Client also wanted more storage and a larger feeling room. This meant space would have to be used very efficiently.

Beautiful White Oak Custom Cabinets – Quartz Counters and Porcelain Backsplash. What looks simple is actually quite complex. Elegant style meets Modern Function.
